Hello, my name is Kalen McGee and I am a Bay Area native. I have been an athlete my entire life playing sports like baseball, basketball, soccer, and football.
My lifelong commitment to fitness and health as well as my experience as a D1 athlete has motivated me to become a fitness trainer. As a certified personal trainer, I am excited to share my knowledge, skills, joy and passion for personal fitness with others through training. My goal is to help clients feel strong and confident in their body while making sustainable lifestyle changes.
Although the journey will not be easy, I believe personal training sessions should be fun, safe, challenging, but efficient. I expect my clients to give effort, work hard, work effectively, and in return they should expect to see results, reach their goals, and be ready to handle any adversity life throws at them.
